As a small business owner, I’ve always been cautious about delegating critical tasks, yet managing the increasing demands of growth can be overwhelming. That’s where SIDR has been a game-changer. Their automation and expert guidance on Nexus and sales tax have streamlined a complex process for me. As my business has expanded, I’ve entrusted them with filing taxes across multiple states—and I plan to add more this year. Their seamless service and reliability have earned my trust, allowing me to focus on scaling my business while leaving state tax compliance in the hands of true experts.
This team has made sales tax (something I was so worried about) so simple. The auto file has been a weight off my mind, and when there was some confusion about having duplicated my license, this team chased down the issue (over the course of almost a full year!) and followed up constantly until the problem was solved. I highly recommend Sidr Tax to anyone considering bringing a sales tax solution into their Shopify platform.

If you are a store owner and are serious about staying sales tax compliant, then you really need to consider working with Sidr Tax. SUPERB service from Tongbo, Kevin and their team. So easy to work with. Great Chat Service. Very very responsive ( I don't think they ever sleep :) .....and most of all - their app is so easy to use , logical, clear and very user friendly. I cannot recommend Sidr Tax enough to other Shopify Store owners. So happy we found this great company!! Keep up the great work Tongbo and Kevin!!
There needs to be an option for 10 stars! Our bookkeeping team decided to start using Sidr for a new client rather than a competitor that we are using for an older client, and it has been a world of a difference. First of all, the user interface is much more clean and less overwhelming than the competitor. This includes the means of populating reports should you be filing returns manually, but we decided to go with the automatic filing. Second, the costs are much more reasonable. Third, the tutorials and help articles are immaculate - it feels like they're reaching out and holding your hand personally to walk you through all steps of the infernal sales tax processes. Lastly, and most of all, the support we've received from Tongbo and Kevin from Sidr have been nothing short of magical. The patience, understanding, and ridiculously speedy communication we receive from them make dealing with sales tax matters feel like a walk in the park. We can't recommend Sidr enough!
Working with Sidr has been an amazing experience! From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful with setting everything up and getting my sales tax ID — they practically handled it all. Their responsiveness is top-notch; any questions I had were answered quickly, and any issues were resolved immediately (Caused by me, not them). I was really stressed about managing sales tax reporting, but finding this company has been such a relief. Working with Sidr App has been great! This service is exactly what I was looking for. I love the reports and can see how many products were sold by each State. The support is Very good. My first retail tax payment was just made by Sidr and I didn't have to do it. Thank you Tongbo for getting that all wrapped up! Feels great.
Wow - this is a 5 star app. Set up is a breeze and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend if you need to file sales tax in more than your own home state.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON AVALARA!
I'm the tech/ops manager for Make It Happen Media and I never leave reviews for apps but I feel like I really had to for Sidr.
We have 2 other stores that have separate shopify accounts and since they're all underneath our account it makes it very easy to separate which sales and reports go to which store, you can even combine all the sales for stores if you have to combine the tax information under 1 EIN.
Their customer service team is truly unmatched.
When we first implemented this app at the end of last year, they didn't split the food tax vs state tax for Illinois. I brought this to their attention, and their team got to work coding and brought the feature to the platform. Not only that, but they actually updated me and let me know when they did this. This might seem like a small feat but I've been designing sites for over 8 years across every platform you could think of and its so rare you're personally notified about a feature you inquired about.
10/10 5/5 100/100. I've tried a few other apps before we landed on Sidr and it hasn't ever let us down!
We switched from Avalara to Sidr when our shop converted to Shopify and Tongbo and team not only made our transition so smooth and provided round the clock support to ensure our data and needs were met from Day 1. Since then, after 6 months, we continue to receive excellent service (you would think we're their only client, they make you feel that valued!) They help with even the most complex compliance issues and provide insight and answer any questions from big to small. Highly recommend this product if you're looking to switch, we are so happy we did.
