Excellent experience with Tongbo at Sidr!! Was very responsive, got back to me via email and chat and was easily available to make a video call with! I am very impressed with SIDR customer service. Tongbo was beyond helpful and even assisted with issues outside of application. Filing taxes is a complete headache and as a business owner, I am split and pulled in every direction. I've learned that this is a new company and I must say you all are off to a great start. This is a great sales tax app! In my opinion, it's better than Tax Jar. Tongbo is the developer and he is super helpful. I was down to the wire in filing my sales tax and couldn't access the information from my Shopify store. Shopify referred me to this app and Tongbo got me all of the information I needed quickly and very well organized. Highly recommend.
sales tax is such a headache. good thing, i found sidr. made it so easy for small business like mine! very easy to talk to as well.
