Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation

Customer service can't be beat. From the very beginning, our company was helped from setup until completion of very awkward and involved sales tax reporting.

Now that we have it up and running, having this app's services will be a tremendous help.

It's a relief to know that the Sidr team will be there to help us get it done.

I am a bookkeeper and needed something to help my client with her Shopify sales tax. I demoed quite a few of the other sales tax reporting software products and am so glad I went with Sidr. They have made processing past and current sales tax super easy and have saved my client a bunch of money. Tongbo and his team are very responsive and explain everything very clearly and promptly.

We are a new customer and have -0- regrets picking and using this app. So far, the customer service has gone above and beyond helping us get caught up and the actual app is so helpful and easy to understand.

Incredible customer service. I think Tongbo answers questions 24/7. Seriously Tongbo, when do you sleep? ;) I was skeptical in the beginning because it is a newer app and I had horrible customer service experience with Avalara and TaxJar. HORRIBLE. But Tongbo and SIDR are hands down the best app we have installed, ever. All of our states that we have Nexus in, they have registered for Sales Tax licenses and with the states on auto file everything has been seamless.

This company is a life saver. They make filing state taxes SO easy. Their customer service is amazing. I honestly can't say enough great things!

I've just signed up with Sidr and am blown away by the functionality, reporting, ease of use, and customer service provided! And all for about 1/5 the cost of Avalara. Sidr provides a needed service for start-ups and small businesses who ship products to various locations, and without overcharging. Highly recommend!
