Our company has tried several sales tax app; however, this app is the most intuitive, user-friendly app on Shopify for sales tax. Customer support was helpful and quick. Highly recommend!
Incredible customer service. I think Tongbo answers questions 24/7. Seriously Tongbo, when do you sleep? ;) I was skeptical in the beginning because it is a newer app and I had horrible customer service experience with Avalara and TaxJar. HORRIBLE. But Tongbo and SIDR are hands down the best app we have installed, ever. All of our states that we have Nexus in, they have registered for Sales Tax licenses and with the states on auto file everything has been seamless.
This company is a life saver. They make filing state taxes SO easy. Their customer service is amazing. I honestly can't say enough great things!
