Use Shop variables in your help desk messages and responses.
Automatically fill in your macro messages and responses to customers on your help desk software with Shopify variables like item names and order numbers. When using a help desk like Zendesk, you will often respond with references to details in the customer's Shopify order. We make those Shopify variables available directly in your macros, so you don't have to jump into Shopify, dig out the order, and copy/paste them all the time.

Very interesting app and the dev team has been listening to us about our need to support the macros accross several shops. Also we could work together on UI and it was nice to see our user stories did matters
This app is a lifesaver if you're using Shopify + Zendesk. Our Zendesk macros are now dynamically filled with information from customers' linked Shopify orders, and it saves our customer support team so much time. Support is super responsive as well with any issues. I wish I found this app sooner! Highly recommend!
