Signifyd

Signifyd is very easy to install and use. It takes the guesswork out of processing 'questionable' big ticket orders. Particularly those international orders where billing address/shipping address discrepancies raise flags. Signifyd gives you the peace of mind to know that you are fulfilling legitimate orders and not subjecting yourself to chargebacks. Great app!

This app has been able to flag charges which may appear fraudulent. It is simple to use and has been able to save us money by avoiding fraudulent charges. I have been impressed with the customer service and how quick the Signifyd team has been to questions and concerns. Highly recommend this app.

Gotta have this if you sell expensive items through the shopify cart.

This app is a must have. Either your a booming large business or a one person operation, Signifyd prevents fraudulent transactions before you ship. Love this app... has helped us in some bad situations.

If you worry or have trouble with fraud, use Signifyd. Their information is more detailed and culled from a far larger data set than other tools (including the built-in tool on Shopify). We ship our products globally so protecting ourselves from fraud is critical.

Not sure what to rate this app yet as we haven't receive any orders yet. 5 stars for now.

P.S. Their customer support is a bit slow when we asked them for the free plan.

Signifyd has been great for us. They manage all our chargebacks, which frees up our time to focus on what we do best. Overall has been a great for us.

This app is a must have for any ecommerce website. They are the most sophisticated fraud detection service provider out there. Beyond their easy to use platform, they have superb customer service, very prompt. If there was a sixth star to give in the reviews option, they would deserve. Customer for Life!

Crazy easy ...

Really useful and easy to understand App. The design of it makes it easy to distinguish possible fraudulent orders and act accordingly. The introductory phone call from the CEO who talked through the application was extremely useful too, gave us the confidence to trial the product and the knowledge needed to use it to its full potential. Excellent!
