Signifyd has been great for us. They manage all our chargebacks, which frees up our time to focus on what we do best. Overall has been a great for us.

I have been using Signifyd for 4 years, they are good too much if you don't get chargebacks but if you start getting chargebacks from customers and they have to pay you then you will see the other face :( have a claim that was APPROVED on their terms on October 7 and now it is 12 days since it was approved and they did not reimburse me for the claim that they approved it for reimbursement.Wha is the point of paying them if you can't get protected when you need it?

This app is a must have for any ecommerce website. They are the most sophisticated fraud detection service provider out there. Beyond their easy to use platform, they have superb customer service, very prompt. If there was a sixth star to give in the reviews option, they would deserve. Customer for Life!

Do you ship 50+ orders a week on you Shopify store? Are you annoyed with constantly having to back check customers ordering from your website? These guys are for you. Within days we upped our revenue by:

A) not having to contact the customer.
B) not having to spend time with orders that were possibly fraudulent.
C) not having to refund customers we would have otherwize without Signifyd

Crazy easy to set up and mega convenient for medium to large volume shipping. Customer service they provide is on point too!

Really useful and easy to understand App. The design of it makes it easy to distinguish possible fraudulent orders and act accordingly. The introductory phone call from the CEO who talked through the application was extremely useful too, gave us the confidence to trial the product and the knowledge needed to use it to its full potential. Excellent!

Made $90000 in sales to pay them $900 and only have $300 in chargebacks some of which they didn’t even cover. Cancelled

Best "insurance" plan out there! This app is certainly a MUST HAVE for any ecom store, IMO.

The app is beautifully designed which makes it very easy to understand your data at a glance. The customer service has been exceptional from the start. Highly recommended - makes it very easy to decide if your orders may be fraudulent and in need of further investigation.

We paid Signifyd thousands of dollars over two years and every time we had a case of fraud that they supposedly guaranteed, they turned us down and refused to reimburse us. Basically we paid them a fortune and still had just as much fraud so we lost even more money. Read the fine print very carefully because they have so many loopholes in what they actually cover they will never reimburse your chargebacks.

We only use them because they are the best option in this space. They have lots of reasons why they don't pay you which we can understand. However, they have "forgot" to pay us two times already but they are very quick to take their fees out every month. We pay thousands a month in service fees but they "forget" to pay us for $80 reimbursements... But I guess that's how all insurance companies work and make money... They take your money for insurance but they "forget" to pay out on claims. *Update*
If you have any customer service issues regarding payment, they send a generic email and don't bother to answer their phone calls. They will service your issue and then ask you to update your review but then 3 months, down the road, they "forget" to pay you again. This is ridiculous. You literally have to hound them to get paid.
