Good app and does what it says. It has an algorithm which will automatically approve or decline a transaction. There have been a couple of high ticket items that the app had declined but with a little bit of research, I submitted evidence that the order was legit (finding customer data on the web, mostly via Google and social media), I got signifyd to approve them in the end. It can sometimes take a couple of days for them to personally review the risk of an order, which is not great if you are an online retailer and quick delivery is key.
That is why it gets 3/5. Algorithm gets it right 8/10 times and when you want to re-apply a declined transaction for approval, it can take a couple days. Otherwise, am happy with this app. We signed up for 1% off all transactions go to them, they are making a killing off of us. No fraudulent order has yet been claimed since we've selected this app so cannot vouch for its Chargeback promise to pay back.

They advertise "Never charge a charge back again" False and misleading!!
They are refusing to cover a charge back i have and are now making up excuses.
Avoid these guys. AVOID

We are happy with the Signifyd app so far (it's only been a couple of months). We definitely feel less worried about receiving any charge backs, which is a relief. The setup was painless, and there have not been any glitches. We will update our review if we receive a chargeback. Thanks Signifyd!

The service seems alright, but for a tech company with millions in funding, the user-experience is HORRIBLE.

This is a computer program, not a real person looking at the information. When I agreed to the plan I was promised personal assistance to input the data from orders that where a couple days old and high security risk.
I waited half the day for the decision but no one actually inputs data. Its a computer program, so I was told by support I had to enter the information myself. The orders I received after installing the program get entered automatically. Now its been almost a month. The program guarantees the Low Risk Only, Denied medium and high risk. Even denied guarantee the prepaid credit card payment.
The website/app doesn't not work on my smart phone. Today went to look at the website and see I have 10 previous Cases but can't view them. How would know which orders are guaranteed or denied if I can't see the history? I'm cancelling this. I can do better on my own with the information I already get from shopify.

Feb.16- After leaving this review Signified called me and apologized telling me they were not sure how my emails slipped through the cracks. I can understand how either tech error or human error could cause this so I have amended my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because I do like how this app seems to work. I would advise anyone interested in the app to call their toll free number if you do not get an email response just to be sure.

Looks like it could be a useful app and I did install it and their logo on my site and emailed their sales dept. to be put on the bronze plan the same day I signed up (Jan 31). On Feb 4 I emailed them again because I hadn't heard back and again no reply. Received an email Feb 13 my free trial would expire the next day so I emailed again asking to be put on the free plan but still no reply. Today I was locked out of the dashboard with a message to contact them to to get reinstated. Well, I'm sorry but I guess they do not want business from someone who is only going to us the free bronze plan. Thank you for nothing. I'll go elsewhere.

Was very hopeful for this app, but when my best friend got declined as a high risk, I lost hope with any information provided. Average information you cannot rely on.
