The service Signifyd provides decreases my risk of fraud so much more than the useful but rudimentary app from Shopify. It is well worth the cost especially when you consider the time it would take to gather and evaluate the information Signifyd does.

Works perfectly..We had signifyd for over 3 months now. Only suggestion would be to improve the communication at support level

Signifyd helped us catch fraudulent orders, which we promptly refunded and declined. This is one service that we definitely think is worth the money since it gives us peace of mind when shipping (especially internationally). We haven't had to file any claims yet, so we can't really rate how that process is yet.

To be honest, we would be bankrupt without this app. We sell expensive electronics and Signifyd's team has always informed us quickly and easily whether or not we can ship items, and they have NOT ONCE refused a chargeback claim in the rare event it has happened. Thank you!

Signifyd has been great for us - a real game changer!

Signifyd is a MUST HAVE APP for any store. We started to get suspicious orders from overseas and this App has helped us determine what is genuine and what is complete fraud. Besides it's FREE for the first few hundred orders so who can go wrong with that. Very attentive customer support and this App is a keeper.

Signifyd has been great for our shop, I would definitely recommend giving it a try to help prevent fraud.

This app gives great peace of mind, and another layer of protection over Shopify's basic fraud meter. They offer your first "guarantee" free, and I took advantage of it last night. We're a new store (barely open a month), and we had our first "medium" on Shopify's fraud meter. I used the guarantee feature and it was approved almost instantly. Installed this app after we had a case of fraud. It adds another layer of protection and helps to check suspicious orders. It also rates each customer and sends email alerts when the score is below certain recommended number. Must have app.

Update: I know there are some poor reviews just before mine. I suggest you dig deeper into the reviews before you decide since there are some very good ones that I based my decision on before I got this app. To be fair.
