Signifyd has been great. They guarantee us against fraudulent chargebacks. If we ever get a chargeback, they pay out quickly and within a few hours. The team is great to work with and the product is terrific. We highly recommend this service to all shopfy stores!

This is a must have app. We received an order with billing and shipping addresses the same and a low risk from Shopify. In the old days, we would have shipped, confident that it was a good sale. Today, we use Signifyd to avoid this.

Lots of great data points for making a decision whether to accept or deny, and if you aren't sure submit it for insurance for a reasonable percentage of the order. I have used Cybersource's Decision Manager and Kount in the past before our site was on Shopify. Both were a pain to integrate and had user interface's that look straight out of the early 2000s when they were created.

This is a NO BRAINER to add this APP to your store, especially because they allow a FREE version as well as then paying for more if you need it. I have found the Support to be excellent, and as I said overall, I feel like when the Consumer sees this LOGO, they feel even safer completing their transaction on my site. WELL DONE GUYS!
