Signifyd is one of the best decision I had after re-opening my online store. Now, I feel much more comfortable selling and I don't need to worry about fraudsters because I know that Signifyd is there to back me up. I tried to sign-up with a different app before but they declined me because they said they couldn't handle digital products. I'm so glad Signifyd is there and accepted me. Signifyd's sales and support team is also amazing. They answer all of my questions patiently and promptly.

Having just recently launched an online and the fear of dealing with PayPal, I had to come up with a solution of accepting card payments, knowing which orders was legitimate, and which orders are fraudulent.

Sounds easy right, as shopifys built in system detects if an order is Low, Medium or High Risk, although this feature by Shopify is handy, its not at all as accurate as it needs to be.

The application makes all the decisions for you, you don't need to take risks and decide if you should fulfil and order or not. Signifyd guarantees all orders that have the green go ahead badge, if Signifyd spot fraud, which they seem to do a very good job at detecting, they will but a red badge next to the order, meaning that they won't guarantee the order for protection if you still decide to go ahead with it.

Signifyd app does everything it says and more, i recommend any one accepting card payments to be using Signifyd.

Signifyd is very easy to install and use. It takes the guesswork out of processing 'questionable' big ticket orders. Particularly those international orders where billing address/shipping address discrepancies raise flags. Signifyd gives you the peace of mind to know that you are fulfilling legitimate orders and not subjecting yourself to chargebacks. Great app!

This app has been able to flag charges which may appear fraudulent. It is simple to use and has been able to save us money by avoiding fraudulent charges. I have been impressed with the customer service and how quick the Signifyd team has been to questions and concerns. Highly recommend this app.

This app is a must have. Either your a booming large business or a one person operation, Signifyd prevents fraudulent transactions before you ship. Love this app... has helped us in some bad situations.
