Thank you Signifyd! First off I would like to say that I rarely ever leave reviews, but I couldn't go without in this situation.
I have been operating my online store since May of 2014. I had no idea how many people are online to commit fraud, believe me there are plenty! I have tried a few Fraud apps, but hands down Signifyd is the best. With their app it takes all of the guess work out of trying to decipher what's a good transaction or not. It doesn't just give you a simple yes or no or leave you wondering. You can proceed with your business having full confidence. There's a lot of information compiled to assure that you feel safe with completing or not completing the transaction.
If you sell high end merchandise or not this beats chargebacks any day. To know that my business can function safely and securely because of Signifyd is a wonderful feeling. I wish that I would've used them sooner. It would've helped tremendously with a lot of headaches I had to deal with in the past.

In the past we have used PayPal and we amounted a huge amount of chargebacks. So we are really happy that we have found this fantastic app, that seamlessly integrates to Shopify
Absolutely the best 'insurance' you can have for your online store. I've been using Riskified for a long time, but they sometimes don't pay you for some of the guaranteed(approved) orders. With Signifyd, I've never had the same issue. If any problem happens, I get paid from the team the next day or so. I would definitely recommend this app to all Shopify merchants.
Excellent tool to check for fraud and it is very cost effective. I just wish it had the ability to exclude Paypal orders since those are much lower risk.
Signifyd has been extremely helpful in avoiding chargebacks and the user interface is very simple and easy to navigate.
