Yes, initially I wanted to understand the client's problem learned about SMPS and I tried and installed it. However, I still encountered some technical issues such as non-adaptation. I got in touch with the officials who were friendly and proactive in dealing with the issues. In the end, the problem was solved for me. I am very grateful. I will keep using it. This app is super easy to use. Customers can ask questions right on your product page. You will get an email and then you can answer them in the back end. The question and answer is then published where it will help other customers that may have the same question. The customer support has been great. They helped me install the app.

I love this app! I use it on every website I build. Just added it to my newest project at gocrossbow.com and it works great for seo and boosting search results. Ask the right questions, give the right answers and you will see a HUGE boost in your organic traffic!

I just installed this app on my store and had a few issues setting it up. Contacted customer service and heard back from Milan within 12 hours. Excellent customer service! Looking forward to seeing my clients questions for me and having the pleasure to answer them. It really is a great app as it basically builds a mini FAQ page right on each of your product pages!

Since we started using this app (5 years ago) and it was a great help for us to know what exactly are the questions running inside the brains of our clients while they are browsing our product page, thus we update the product description accordingly, on top of that the support was super helpful when we were switching to 2.0 theme they took care of the switch. I needed help installing it, tried for hours to figure it out myself before emailing the support. Overnight they fixed my problem while I slept and it works perfectly! 100%!!

This app helps keep your customers engaged and allows for you to answer questions asked by prospective buyers. When you answer, they get an email. Not just does it create a better product understanding, but brings the customer back to your site for purchase. It's easy to set up, and support is very responsive.

Free plan provides a simple, baseline functionality - but the plans are very poorly pay gated. The features behind the pay wall don't make sense. There isn't enough of them to justify a subscription. The subscription plans offer little-to-no extra value to the app, they just put quality of life and baseline operation features (like export) behind a pay wall. Also - isn't exposing a customer's contact data from a question form and allowing a user (paying a subscription) to import that into email marketing a violation of GDPR?

If you are looking for this function, this app is what you want. Moreover, Milan is very responsive and willing to troubleshoot, do something custom or to just understand the app better. From an app creator, that's what you are looking for.

This is a really good app, especially when you have a FAQs page where you don't have all questions answered and you don't have a live chat where people can chat in. It's been somewhere between a good "Reviews" app and a FAQs app for us.

I removed this app because I didn't have a need for it anymore but it's a great app. It was still showing up in my product pages after I uninstalled it but customer support was super quick in helping me remove the code.

I used this app to answer the most common questions I used to get when people called in or chatted. Not only has it reduced the amount of time I spend doing this, but it also has helped with my SEO. I highly recommend this app.

I've been an Etsy seller for years and have appreciated Etsy's built-in "Ask A Question" button. I get a lot of questions and needed a feature like that in my newly launched Shopify store too! I was thrilled to find this app! It's exactly what I need. Tech support was top notch.
