App is working great. Customer service team were super responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Overall I would recommend if you think your customers would need this feature. Support is excellent.

Technical problems:
- adds 14kb to every single page, lowering your google page speed rank.
- javascript isn't minified or cached

Feature problems:
- questions and answers don't have a date-time.
- duplicating products causes the app to break because you'll be showing questions from one product in the other.

Great support on a custom install. Very helpful staff. Seems to work well with easy to use backend functionality.

It's a quite simple app, and easy to use, the support is very helpful and fast. It can be better if we can submit several Q&A on the same page.

cant say anything good about it. For me, it didnt work at all on the website.
I deleted it. But their code still remains. So thats also not good.

If you are looking for this function, this app is what you want. Moreover, Milan is very responsive and willing to troubleshoot, do something custom or to just understand the app better. From an app creator, that's what you are looking for.
