This app is very easy to use, and the support team is very helpful. Thank you for your support, Milan.
I was having trouble getting the App to show on my site. I was worried that a new theme I switched over to had some code that prevented it from showing up. So I asked about this problem on the live chat and went about my morning trying to figure this out. A short while later Amit responded and said they need to insert the code into my theme and could do it in the next 24 hrs.
Luckily I figured out where to past the code and got the app to show on my product pages. I ultimately wanted it to appear in it's own tab. I emailed Amit back and said I had it covered. But instead Amit emailed me back and said he installed the code and put it in it's own tab without me asking him for that. Overall I got amazingly fast and friendly service and got more than I asked for. This app is awesome and the people/support behind it are even better!
I love this app! It allows customers to ask real-time questions right on the product page while allowing me to post the question directly on the product page for new customers to see. Google is starting to pick up on these questions and ranking them in the top of search when someone is searching for that question. Really great app for advanced SEO!
You need to hire a person to upload question and answer ONE by ONE.
This is so old school.
There is no uploading questions via Excel feature. Contacting support. Let's see there response to this legitimate basic requirement.

I am sorry, but we have no-where in the description included that there is such a feature in the app.
I wish you had read the app description properly before wasting your time in the installation of the app.

Prompt support. A great app. Been able to answer a few questions that others can see and decide about their purchase. Works perfect for my product and I'm very surprised to see how detailed a customer can get, which is great!

I used this app for few weeks and found it adds + 15 sec to page load time. Test on your website before deploying.

I acknowledge that there was an issue for about 6 hrs on our servers of this app only.
We have fixed it. In fact, we learnt this lesson hard and have made the corrections in the process that led to this situation.
Otherwise, our apps are known to be best for loading and performance.
