Very impressed by this app so far. It's super easy to install and customise. On top of that, it helps to reduce calls and also helps boost SEO by having additional on page information.
We've used the question and answer app heavily and we find it to be a great way to engage with casual visitors on our store. Often these lead to email exchanges and phone calls. We see so many sites with many questions and no answers, so we feel that our prompt and thorough answers are a good advantage for us. The app works fine, and the support has been great when we needed any adjustments to match our page theme and setup. Relatively easy to 're-integrate' when you change/update themes, but don't forget to test after theme updates.
We've been thrilled with this app. It's increased our ability to capture emails, answer important questions, and -- best of all -- it has resulted in a marked increase in our sales. Customer service from the app developer has been fantastic. Highly recommended!

Free plan provides a simple, baseline functionality - but the plans are very poorly pay gated. The features behind the pay wall don't make sense. There isn't enough of them to justify a subscription. The subscription plans offer little-to-no extra value to the app, they just put quality of life and baseline operation features (like export) behind a pay wall. Also - isn't exposing a customer's contact data from a question form and allowing a user (paying a subscription) to import that into email marketing a violation of GDPR?
