I needed help installing it, tried for hours to figure it out myself before emailing the support. Overnight they fixed my problem while I slept and it works perfectly! 100%!!

Ik heb deze app gedownload om product q&a te krijgen op mijn productpagina. dit ziet er erg strak uit en de support is erg goed. jammer dat hij niet in het Nederlands beschikbaar is (tegen betaling wel)

Great and fast support.
This app is simple but work exactly the way I need. Just simple Q&A, no fancy "ask your previous customers" feature, which I don't want.

And I can customize the front end language, a must-have for me and those who face non-English market.

Really like this app so far. Had one minor support issue with the installation, but they responded quickly and fixed it. Very useful app that is affordable. I will almost certainly be upgrading to a paid plan after I finish a couple weeks testing. We're averaging a couple questions a day in our small store AlarmSystemStore.com

I was having trouble getting the App to show on my site. I was worried that a new theme I switched over to had some code that prevented it from showing up. So I asked about this problem on the live chat and went about my morning trying to figure this out. A short while later Amit responded and said they need to insert the code into my theme and could do it in the next 24 hrs.

Luckily I figured out where to past the code and got the app to show on my product pages. I ultimately wanted it to appear in it's own tab. I emailed Amit back and said I had it covered. But instead Amit emailed me back and said he installed the code and put it in it's own tab without me asking him for that. Overall I got amazingly fast and friendly service and got more than I asked for. This app is awesome and the people/support behind it are even better!
