SMPS Product Question & Answer

Very good & quick service from Milan (Web Developer) - just started using the app but will add to client interaction and information sharing

Only two users over the past 6 months that posted a question. Yet we have many orders. I'm wondering about the need. While it may have benefits of SEO and FAQ stuff, it needs enough questions and answers to make that happen.

Great support with installation. I use this app on another website and have always found it easy to use and fulfills our needs, so opted to use it again.

Support was very helpful. Looking forward to using the app to it's full potential.

This is one of our favourite apps and customers are actually using it. I am not sure if it helps with seo but if it does, then thats even better. We love that our customers can use this option rather than live chat or calling the main line. Great app ahead of its time!

Never realised the need for this app. We now get great insights from the questions asked by site visitors. I strongly recommend this app for any site that has speciality products.
