This is one of our favourite apps and customers are actually using it. I am not sure if it helps with seo but if it does, then thats even better. We love that our customers can use this option rather than live chat or calling the main line. Great app ahead of its time!

Great app, easy to setup and works well on our site. Gives us another way to interact with our customers and also answer customer questions before they have them.

We love this app! We have 2 stores and use it on both of them. We have a general FAQ page and product specific Q&A's both of which come from this app. It has helped with our SEO and service.
