Easy to set up and use. Support is responsive. Having this app adds information to my product pages that I don't include in the description. Good for SEO.

Excellent addition to my website. This app is clean and adds value to product pages. I have received 2 questions from product pages from customers since 2/15/17. I installed the app and placed it where I wanted on my page. However I was having some technical issues that Amit quickly fixed. I really like this app and highly recommend it! UPDATE 10/13/17 - This app is one of the best free apps out there. Great for giving customers a way to answer questions, which are then posted on the product page if approved by you. It looks good and flows well within my website. UPDATE 10/15/21 - The service is great. I updated my store to the latest theme and they updated their widget within 1 day. Great customer service! Hopefully they can create a fix for questions submitted by bots, if they did, that would be amazing. In the meantime if you have bots spam you with questions, contact customer service and they will delete those for you.

This app is so easy to install and use. It has helped us collect questions from our customers and be able to respond in a timely manner. We have not had any issues with the app at all. When we wanted some help with layout on our new theme and adding a button Simprosys responded quickly and handled it for us right away! Great service and app!

Great, simple and working app excecuting what it promises. Customer service was great too! One star short, because there was not a way to customize the widget by yourself. You had to contact support BUT they did an excellent job modifying the widget :)

I've been using this app for several years now. It works great and customer service has been quick, kind and helpful when needed, which has not been very often. The app works and does what it says.
