Easy to set up and use. Support is responsive. Having this app adds information to my product pages that I don't include in the description. Good for SEO.

Excellent addition to my website. This app is clean and adds value to product pages. I have received 2 questions from product pages from customers since 2/15/17. I installed the app and placed it where I wanted on my page. However I was having some technical issues that Amit quickly fixed. I really like this app and highly recommend it! UPDATE 10/13/17 - This app is one of the best free apps out there. Great for giving customers a way to answer questions, which are then posted on the product page if approved by you. It looks good and flows well within my website. UPDATE 10/15/21 - The service is great. I updated my store to the latest theme and they updated their widget within 1 day. This app has been very useful and their support team were quick to respond to a concern we had. Recommended, easy to use.

Initial setup support has been great so far. The install was pretty straight-forward, but I got support to customize the look of the button, and it was quick and easy.

We installed the app a few years ago, and it works amazingly. As part of a new theme development I struggled in migrating the app (probably my fault), but in true Simprosys style, Milan and the team were on it and had it resolved in a matter of seconds. Thanks Team!

We've used this app for a couple years and its been very helpful in giving our customers a place where they can ask questions and we can easily post the answers to the product pages. This has lowered our Customer Service workload over time. We appreciated that the app's support team helped us export the Q&A data - which has helped us do some deeper analysis.

A lot of Shopify apps rape into your code and slow down the loading time. we must learn to pick up the best one. 10 left right now, however, 3 apps came from Simprosys. ( Many thanks to Amit and Milan )
