This app is so easy to install. Our customers love this app! The Questions are pouring in every day. It really helps us understand what content is missing in our descriptions and make it easier for our customers.
When you answer a question, you can also reply directly to the customer and then post the answer. The content is searchable by google.

I used this app to answer the most common questions I used to get when people called in or chatted. Not only has it reduced the amount of time I spend doing this, but it also has helped with my SEO. I highly recommend this app.
The entire Simprosys team is awesome and extremely helpful. We are using the feed for google and just yesterday decided to add the product Questions & Answer app. The add was easy to install but I did want to make it seem built in so I reached to support and Milan who is great and provides the best customer service was able to help me out and take care of this.
