Simple Affiliate

I've been using Simple Affiliate for just over 2 weeks since the time of this review. I have had a wonderful experience with onboarding, setup, and service. The app is intuitive, and configurations are done in the Shopify admin. The true beauty of the app is that affiliates can login directly through my Shopify website to promote products and track commissions.

Highly recommend!! Amazing experience with Simple Affiliate. When I reached out to them to get a better understanding of the app, they went above and beyond - explaining the how I could use it, helping me integrate it into my store, etc.. Great app.

Literally the nicest guy i have ever dealt with, sebastian went above and beyond to to assist us with an issue with our theme, and of course the app is amazing!

Super simple, easy app and helpful staff when I wanted to heavily customise the look of the pages with CSS.

First, Sebastian was awesome. I am NOT tech savvy at all, and he was so helpful in getting our affiliate program started and setup. He showed me where to go to fix/update things whenever I need to. Very nice and professional as well. I highly recommend.

The app is very easy to use and has amazing, fast customer service. Highly recommended if simplicity is your thing!

The app is too basic for an Affiliate app and not enough features to grow a good, robust affiliate program. They also just increased their fee structure with a double percentage. We had just signed on and then received their email of the increased charges. That was enough to make us search for another affiliate program. They do offer responsive customer service, which we liked. But, other than ...

I have trolled through various apps and managed to narrow it down to Simple and another app. The installation was really easy and straight forward and the look and feel perfect. The integration into our shopify store was seamless and it looked part of the shop which I really like. Customer support was lovely and very helpful too :)
