Simple Affiliate

We recently decided to integrate the Simple Affiliate app for our recently launched brand (after experiencing its efficiency with several of our other brands). However, during the configuration process, we encountered a few technical hiccups that needed immediate attention.

I researched many Affiliate APPs and choose Simply Affililate because of it's ease of use and...simplicity. The set-up does not require extensive tech background. Even that being said, the customer service is ready and willing to help you along the way. Milos, in particular, was extremely helpful, patient and responsive to questions. I recommend this APP to help grow your business.

Simple Affiliate is a MUST-HAVE! They are always super-responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help facilitate a smooth onboarding and ongoing experience. They have excellent customer service. Any questions or needs for help are answered right away. So far so good except some minor details but sebastian has been really helpful on customization and figuring out the needs for our business. Looking forward to seeing how this keeps working for our ambassador program!

The customer support is AMAZING - every time I have a question, it's always answered in 1 hour or less. You can tell the people behind this company really care about their customers and the quality of their software. I never leave reviews for Shopify apps, but just had to for Simple Affiliate because of how impressed I am with their service.

This is by far the best Affiliate/Influencer App. I know as I tried them all. others were either far too complicated with too many gimmicks, cost a ton per month, hosted externally so taking people away from your site. This is where Simple Affiliate just nails it perfectly - great price, very simple and easy interface that just WORKS as it should with no silly features. Best of all its hosted on from within your own Shopify Admin making everything seamless. Big shout out to Customer Service too who tweaked some of the CSS for me so it matches my store. A customer for life and already reaping big benefits from this app. Thanks guys 5 Stars.
