Their customer service is insanely good. They go in and adjust things for you for theme updates and provide the code for you when having issues with CSS. By far the best affiliate customer service experience we've ever had with a business

True to its name, Simple Affiliate offers a user-friendly interface and a free plan that can be suitable for very small businesses just starting out with affiliate marketing.

I was having problems getting my affiliates paid, Sebastian was my chat contact. It was, of course, user error. Sebastian walked me through everything within 5 minutes. I told him he was a "friggin' rock star!" I am very happy with the app now that I really do see how simple it is to pay your affiliates. Sebastian deserves a raise. Thanks for the help. Michelle
