Simple Alerts for Shopify has been an absolute game-changer for my store. The app works exactly how you’d hope — clean, reliable, and super easy to set up — but what really makes it stand out is the team behind it. They respond crazy fast, they’re genuinely helpful, and their customer service is 1000% top-tier.

Any time I’ve reached out, they handled everything immediately, clearly, and with a great attitude. On top of that, I shared a feature suggestion and they didn’t just “take note” — they actually moved on it right away and got it scheduled for the next update super quickly. That level of responsiveness and care is rare.

Also: even if the price seems a little pricey at first, I can honestly say it’s worth it. If you’re planning to sell online seriously — especially if you’re working with a streamer — this app will pay for itself. Having real-time alerts and clean notifications makes a big difference for conversions and hype.

They also have really solid, self-explanatory help/docs, so you can get a lot done without needing support… but if you do have questions, they respond super quick and help you out the right way (not generic copy/paste answers). One more tip: read through what each plan includes. There was a feature I wanted and I had to bump up to the second plan — and it was a total no-brainer because the app is that good.

We switched to Simple Alerts after using the other alerts app after about 3 years since the support become non-existent after a bit, which is unfortunate but we needed something that worked. After switching to Simple Alerts the dev team has been amazing with their support and additions to the app itself. We're glad we switched because now everything is secure and works the way it should. If you're using the other app, just switch, you won't regret it. -Adding to it as of 12/18, I STILL love the support for this and the alert has worked 100% of the time.

This plugin does exactly what we were hoping to do - allow our partners to have alerts for when a product is purchased using their discount/coupon code. There were a couple of customization features that we were hoping to have available, and while they were not initially, the developer is incredible & took swift action to implement these changes very quickly. Excellent support & an easy to navigate interface - 5 stars from us (would be more if we were able to!)
