It took us a long time to find a bundle app that did what we needed. A lot of the apps out there would insert widgets onto product pages to offer add-ons, or they'd create bundle product pages that looked different from our theme. We just needed something to manage the inventory and Simple Bundles has been perfect! I contacted support to get help uploading bundles in bulk using CSV files and they were super friendly and responsive.

This app has made it quick and easy for us to implement bundles into our online store. We did have an error occur when we tried to put an infinite bundle however the customer service team were super quick and efficient in sorting out the problem even when i am using the free plan. Would highly recommend!

We love that this app actually connects to inventory - we tried so many other apps before we found Simple Bundles, and they all fell short. Overall great experience. Customer support is knowledgeable and eager to solve any problems you may have. One thing to note is that Simple Bundles does not seem to work with a drawer-style cart (at least in my case). It needs a POST request and does not use AJAX through JavaScript to add the items to the cart. Therefore the page needs to reload and show the cart page for the app to work properly. After setting my cart to a page instead of a drawer it worked great.

The app is super easy to use to build bundled products! I had some issue getting the bundles to show up in my store and work properly. I spoke with Mateo and Stella and they walked we through the fix. Simple and Easy. Couldn't ask for a better app or customer support!

This app couldn't be more intuitive! It took me all of 10 minutes and with a little help from their getting started video we had a bundle setup! Super clean, very easy work with and is a net positive for us. Looking forward to selling customizable bundles this holiday season.

Support was excellent with a recent change we needed! They have a free version that works well and is a great way to get started with bundles.

We had a few teething issues at first where we were unable to upgrade our plan and migrate to version 2 of the app but the Simple Bundles support team were super helpful it getting our issues resolved quickly. The app completely fits our requirements and after a process of research to find the right bundling app for our needs, Simple Bundles came out on top. There are still a few things that would make this even better but we are hoping to work with the Simple Bundles team to bring these to fruition.

My experience with this app has been nothing but stellar! My most recent experience was Friday at 6pm when I had to launch seven new bundles. I was having difficulty, and they replied to me within two minutes. Did mentioned it was Friday night? This company goes above and beyond to help and assist you with everything. I am not the most tech savvy individual, and they are so kind and patient explaining things that I don't understand. Five stars! Can't possibly say enough nice things about them
