I'm not kidding when I say I contact the app's support team once a week. They are so responsive and kind and knowledgeable. This app is very powerful and does everything we need it to.

Simple Bundles & Kits has been a game-changer for our store! The app is incredibly easy to use and does exactly what it promises. It has made bundling products a breeze and has saved us so much time.

But what impressed us the most was the customer support. We had some questions, and the response time was lightning fast. Not only did they reply quickly, but they also provided a solution just as swiftly. Highly recommended!

Finally an app that can create bundles that actually works. Tried several other apps that ultimately didn’t function properly. Not only is the app itself fabulous, but the customer service is A+. I had one issue with set up, sent an email request for support, and the issue was fully resolved in less than 12 hours. Raúl from the support team was amazing, as was Shadia. Highly recommended!

Stella, Oliver and Alfred were extremely helpful when I had an issue with the quick shop button on our 3p theme. The bundles weren’t properly previewing, but they escalated quickly and provided extremely thorough and detailed service. This app is really a lifesaver for anyone who wants to offer mix and match bundles especially with a high number of variants.

Let me start off by saying the support from the Simple Bundles team has been excellent. They respond very quickly with detailed answers. I’ve flirted with using this app with another store in the past but it was never the right fit for what I needed to do. However, I think I’ve found a good application for it. It’s well suited for when you want to present the user with what looks like multiple options for a product, but in reality is multiple items on the back end that need to map to accounting and inventory integrations. For this it’s quite perfect. The customer experience on the product page is fully native to the theme. All the bundling happens in the cart/checkout and is transparent to the user. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the bundle setup process so that multiple variants can be configured in bulk. For instance if I know that I want up have Items A and B be children of all bundle variants then it would be nice to be able to do that in one selection as opposed to 50.

Great Product! We have products with 100's of combinations. Simple bundles handled them all. In addition their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They respond the same day! With real custom solutions! I would recommend Simple Bundles & Kits to anyone.

I initially deleted the Shop Bundle app out of frustration because I couldn’t figure out how to add my products. However, the customer service team completely turned things around. They reached out to me immediately, patiently walked me through every single step via email, and even ensured the next team followed up seamlessly.
