We found it really easy to create the exact bundles we needed with this app, which is super straightforward to use and edit. When we did need help, the customer service team was incredible. 10/10 recommended!

So far, the app is working perfectly. It's exactly what I needed for bundling different SKUs for bundles and kits. I'll be pushing the limits over the coming weeks, so if I need to report anything different, I will. Just getting started with the app, but the support has been extremely quick and friendly.

We are using this app for bundling and inventory purposes. It's really helping with the combination of SKUs included in the product itself, as well as managing the variant options the customer is able to choose from.

App is good and does what it says, Support is quite good too. Using the import function is a waste of time and doesn't work at all! would love to see this fixed permanently. Every time iv tried to use it iv had to contact support and get them to do it as it doesn't work properly. Which means you miss deadlines and have to wait for support!

I just started using it and haven't even implemented it. That said, this is literally the answer to my prayers. I have been trying to find an app that does bundling like this app does since I launched my store a year ago (January 2022) and have tried a few. None of them could do what this does. THANK YOU!

Simple Bundles and Kits works well for us. It allows us to sell products on the website and then convert that into a list of components for our workshop and maintain an accurate stock of the components.

The tool is easy enough to set up bundles, but for our use case because there was a significant number of configurations to set up, we simply used a csv upload, which worked fine and got us going ...

Very intuitive to put together a product bundle, and their team very quickly resolved a particular issue my brand's font had with cutting off in the bundle drop-down pickers. Very promising customer service early on in using this app. Thank you!

Nous avons eu des soucis pour paramétrer l'application mais toute l'équipe de Freshly Commerce nous a aidé pour atteindre notre but. L'équipe est très réactive et le fil du ticket n'est pas perdu à travers les différents interlocuteurs.
Nous nous servons de l'outil pour faire des coffrets avec produits personnalisés et nous avons réussi à faire ce que nous voulions.

I have been using this app for months. Now the discounted bundle price is not showing on the collection page. It is showing on the product page. Support does not understand the problem and continues to send me instruction on how to discount a product bundle. I know how to do this, showed screen shots, but they still do not understand

Support is never online and I don't think they even really know how to use the app. Most of the time they seem to be looking at the wrong bundles in your store or seem confused. The app seems to have lots of glitches like variants going OOS randomly. Haven't found a better option yet though as all these bundle apps seem to have issues.

The latest glitch seems to drop products from the bundle so ...
