Such an amazing App. I couldn't figure something out and I reached out to support and they were in touch with me with the solution within super super quickly. Very impressed with how easy it is to create a bundle and the custom parts are great. Highly, highly recommend using this to set up bundles. Incredible support team and so helpful. Just what I needed to make a "pick and choose" gift box bundle! Being new to e-commerce, I did have some questions which were quickly and thoroughly answered by customer service.

Very fast kind support service, making basic code changes in order to fit the shops needs. Bundle Options are also good.

The Simple Bundles & Kits team has been really helpful. The app works just as you'd expect it to. It's the only one I've found that works on Shopify Point of Sale, which is why I started using it to begin with. But the more I've used it, the more I appreciate the detailed and quick support when I need it. They've responded with some very detailed answers, as opposed to a lot of support companies that reply with a help docs link. If you're looking for a more advanced bundle app, this is the one!

It just works in the background, as promised, without having to deal with any weird UX elements that so many other apps offer.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to create functional bundles.

Seems like a decent app unless you need it for Shopify POS. Tech support is reasonably responsive but don't seem to know that the POS integration is a paid feature. I had to wait 9 days to find out from a developer that this was the case.
For the online channel the app is ok, builder seems a little simple and could offer more, but this is totally fine for the free tier.
Feedback to the developer would be; please educate the support staff on the product, Shopify POS integration seems like it should work but doesn't, the POS app should probably not be available for the free tier if it doesn't work.
Overall it's a reasonably good app, hence the three stars.
