Simple Bundles & Kits

This app made it easy for us to create the bundles we wanted to set up. When we had trouble setting it up, the app team was very helpful in getting back to us immediately and resolving the issue quickly.

Great App. Solves our backend inventory issues. The user interface makes sense. Customer support is excellent, they respond within a few hours if not less.

Support is never online and I don't think they even really know how to use the app. Most of the time they seem to be looking at the wrong bundles in your store or seem confused. The app seems to have lots of glitches like variants going OOS randomly. Haven't found a better option yet though as all these bundle apps seem to have issues.

The latest glitch seems to drop products from the bundle so when customer order 2 items their order is only reflecting 1. We have checked the bundle on the back and all items seem connected but support seems pretty clueless as to how to resolve this. Very frustrating.

This app is working well for me. I've only had it a day and needed some support. The team got back to me very quickly and I managed to sort my issue.

Shadia was extra helpful and tried to guide me through a complicated problem of incorrect pictures assigning to the variances. She run extra mile to see the settings herself and provided a detailed advise of how to approach the problem with Shopify. Moreover she helped me with the tedious task of assigning products to the variances as she understood how frustrating it must have been for me when systems don't work as expected. This is the best bundle app! Super easy to use and I’m so happy to find one that works with the Shopify POS system in my physical store. The customer service team is also very friendly, prompt and helpful. Even when my issue wasn’t within the purview of the app, they sent me different information to try to help!

While there are some features we'd like (like better synchronization with ShipStation), this app has accomplished most of our bundle needs well. Support team is great and very helpful. Usually replies quickly as well.
