Simple Bundles & Kits

My experience with this app has been nothing but stellar! My most recent experience was Friday at 6pm when I had to launch seven new bundles. I was having difficulty, and they replied to me within two minutes. Did mentioned it was Friday night? This company goes above and beyond to help and assist you with everything. I am not the most tech savvy individual, and they are so kind and patient explaining things that I don't understand. Five stars! Can't possibly say enough nice things about them

Don't confuse its "simple" name with the power of this app. There is simply no other app in the Shopify app store that solves the problem of product options and selling of infinitely customizable bundles like Simple Bundles. I reviewed all other mix and match bundlers and all but this one misses the most critical component: converting components of the customizable bundle into actual products so sales and inventory of the components are properly accounted. This app has eliminated our manual process of deducting inventory counts of bundle components. We used to spend about 20 hours per month doing this manual process. In addition, the support from this team is top-notch. Their team is very knowledgeable, responds quickly, and actively adds new features to their app. I highly recommend this app for any store offering customizable bundles.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. And the free version is amazing! Also, the customer support is top notch. I got replies immediately and was set up very quickly. I can’t recommend enough!

100% suggest this app. The service to get this up and running was outstanding. I was extremely frustrated before reaching out. As soon as I ran out, I had amazing service! When one person had to go due to being done a shift, I got another person to assist, so I had 24/7 help. Within a few hours we were up and running smoothly.

The app is as described, simple to use and set-up! I had a small problem with inventory sync that the team helped me sort out right away (that would likely have resolved on its own had I been a little more patient) and they were very pleasant to deal with. I haven't tested the back end yet (selling a bundle), but I expect no difficulties.

Great UI, great support, works exactly as expected. This offers a special "Separately-priced items" mode that allows bundled items to have custom individual discounts when added as part of a bundle, which is incredibly useful and gives a better customer experience.

We use this app to create dynamic bundles of our products so that customers can checkout seeing the bundle, yet in the admin's dashboard, it's separated into individual SKUs. Basil from the developing team was very helpful in addressing our customization request, even though we were only on the Free plan. Recommended to other stores with a similar objective.

Simple Bundles has worked brilliantly for our store, all the features are working well and every time we have had questions the support team has been amazing. Always quick to respond and they take the time to explain and help find a solution where what we wanted wasn't a simple fix.
