One of the best customer supports ever! The app does not 100% fulfill our needs but it's still best in the market.

Wir brauchen eine App für Produkte, die aus mehreren Teilen mit eigenen SKUs bestehen, ohne Discount. Zunächst hatten wir Shopify Bundles verwendet, aber hier kam es bei uns zu Fehlern. Simple Bundle funktioniert einwandfrei.
Wir hatten ein Problem bei der Erstellung eines neuen Bündels - Anwenderfehler ;) Der Support hat superschnell reagiert und das Problem gelöst. Sehr freundlich und effizient.

I initially deleted the Shop Bundle app out of frustration because I couldn’t figure out how to add my products. However, the customer service team completely turned things around. They reached out to me immediately, patiently walked me through every single step via email, and even ensured the next team followed up seamlessly. Our store has been using this app for a year now, and it suits our needs very well. Our sales of entry level items (socks and underwear) has increased due to the bundle options, so that we are now developing a greater range of bundles using the Infinite bundling option, so that customers can choose from a range of colours and sizes. Customer support has always been brilliant with going above and beyond with their quick and detailed responses to my enquiries regarding best set up options and how-to's, and have assisted in tweaking some fields to suit our requirements. Overall very happy with the app, and the quick, friendly and efficient service. All the customer has to do is select from the available options and add to cart, the bundle product is separate to the original 'single' product but inventory feeds directly from the original product. So no need to manage a separate inventory for the bundle product - this is perfect for us!

Stella, Oliver and Alfred were extremely helpful when I had an issue with the quick shop button on our 3p theme. The bundles weren’t properly previewing, but they escalated quickly and provided extremely thorough and detailed service. This app is really a lifesaver for anyone who wants to offer mix and match bundles especially with a high number of variants.
