We’ve had some issues getting Simple Bundles to work seamlessly with our more complex setup and integrations, but to be fair, our requirements are quite advanced and involve multiple systems/other apps. Despite the challenges, what makes Simple Bundles so great is their support team. They are responsive, engaged, and always willing to dig in and find solutions. That level of dedication is rare, and it’s the main reason we continue working with the app. Very much appreciated!

Good app, helpful customer support! I am ofering 4* only because they dont have video-call format. It's way practical to have a quick 15-30min call to solve issue, then long email threads.
For simple and not sophisticated shops it does the job.

Very hard to set up the app for multi-select for just one product (probably works great for actual bundles of different products), but their small team is very willing to help you configure it. Much appreciated for all the help. Will update again later when I have fully configured the app.

Simple Bundles gives me the flexibility I need to offer six-piece bundles that have multiple options AND manage the inventory automatically. It was so hard to try to work around the inventory piece before Simple Bundles.

It allowed us to bundle up two of our products to make available for purchase. We could not see another way to make the gear available for sale and they provided us with all of the necessities.

Hier und da hängen wir noch manchmal bei Anpassungen oder Themen die neu für uns sind, die Hilfe des supports ist hier jedoch 5 Sterne plus, in sehr kurzer Zeit, manchmal nur ein paar Minuten erhält man qualifizierte Antworten. This app is very user friendly and easy to install, it allowed us to enable different promotions in a short time. The only reason we're giving 4/5 stars is that there's no sales report that can be downloaded so we had to ask the support team (Cherry) that kindly sent us the custom report we wanted and confirmed they're working to implement this feature.

Customer support are very attentive and supportive all responses are made within 24hours.
We use the simple bundle feature and it is good they have API connection with Google + META.
Unfortunately the Infinite bundles didn't serve us as they don't track via the lowest inventory only the highest.

Took a few days and 6 different advisor chats to figure this out, but once I did, it worked well.

5 Star customer service! Even though I'm only on the free plan right now, the support team was fast to respond and help address my issue with a customized code solution. Their communication was clear, and even included screenshots and screen recordings.
The app itself is overall easy to navigate for creating bundles, but could offer more visual customization for the user. Right now it just has open CSS and Javascript custom fields, but I'd prefer some of the more common visual customizations to be offered as toggles/sliders/etc. A more robust Block.
Here is what I'd like to see in future updates as part of the app's block:
- In infinite bundles, the ability to hide/disable the dropdown when there is only one product option for that dropdown. For example, if I have a dropdown with 20 options, and then a dropdown for a single option, the customer doesn't need to see the dropdown for the single option since there is no action for them to take. Showing the dropdown might cause confusion and also adds more clutter to the site. A simple toggle to hide single product options would be helpful.
- Color and size options for text and borders (instead of relying on custom CSS).
- Also the ability to choose font or weight for the different types of text (again, as a block option and not custom CSS).
- Ability to choose between dropdowns and other visual selection types (like swatches)
