Very responsive support and help with some custom coding to make the variants work for our store. Setup on these apps is the hardest part and poor support is the main reason we quickly uninstall. That was not the case here.

Shadia was SUPER helpful getting me set up! I was a bad student and didn't take the time to watch the videos first. I emailed her with what I was trying to do and she gave me complete directions right away. Saved me so much time! And the app is perfect for what we want to do. Previously, we were selling bundles without tracking inventory. This app made it super easy to take our existing bundles and connect them with the individual inventory items. Takes literally 30 seconds now to set up any bundle perfectly. I tested it and the inventory tracks correctly. I love it!

Keep away.
The free version is a lie. If you have had 50 orders in your past month (before the app was even installed) you will have to pay, you do not get access to the free tier, even for the first 50 orders (as stated in the pricing).
Additionally, the app was very flakey and caused all sorts of variant and cart issues that couldn't easily be fixed. I uninstalled after 4 hours, but was forced to pay the fee to trial the app.
VERY POOR FORM.

We understand how the 50-order limit felt misleading, and we’re actively working on making this clearer upfront. Just to clarify, it’s based on a rolling 90-day order volume, which can affect eligibility right away.

We had some struggles with initial setup that were not app bugs in any way, just little things we had to tweak and investigate. Support was amazing. They helped us quickly and with detailed information. We're excited to start testing these live. The only real issue is that the PDP does not display a list of all products included unless you sell them all in multipacks. If you sell as multipacks, each one is listed with buttons to pick color/quantity. However, anything you don't offer in a multipack is not displayed. It'd be nice to have the bundle list the products included prominently. The place where it inserts the multipack selectors would be perfect if it could just list any items that are not multipack too so that customers can see everything included. We'll have to offer multipacks for all products to work around this.

so far so good.
have only just started using the app, but the process of setting bundles up is super easy to do, and setting are easy to navigate.

Wonderful App, takes out so much manual labor on applying discounts & inventory. We are a furniture store; so for bedroom sets compromised of individual items, its so much easier to hit one item, and the inventory adjusts for all items . SO much simpler for discounts auto applied and removing the items from our inventory. It is also great to see live stock if for example a certain piece on a modular sectional is not on hand, I can see what configurations I am able to build vs what I am missing, making orders easier or to answer customers stock questions right away. I can easily see what piece I don't have and what to order. This separates stores that stay stuck with the ones that can scale/grow operations. Customer service is very responsible at all hours .

I'm a big fan of this app. It helped me enable a really particular product assortment while keeping my inventory accurate. The support experience is some of the best I've had—super quick responses and it feels like they're actually invested in resolving any issues you may have. It's refreshing in a world of AI chatbots and Big Tech slop.
