Great way to offer bundles with more variants than Shopify Bundles. Small hiccup at the start as the quick add to cart button doesn't prompt customer to add their selections but the team fixed it by adding code to my site so it now works perfectly.

Many thanks to Maria P. for helping me to get through and understanding the Simple Bundle feature interface and how it works. Once you get a handle of how things connect and relate with variants, and selecting the products to create the bundles in the app, it's 'simply' great. No pun intended. With thorough guidance and collaboration we were able to get to the result that I wanted to implement and it integrated seamlessly with my product page and theme as initially designed. It felt great to have that support, knowledge and encouragement until the solution worked. There are ALOT of apps in the Shopify store that change up the look and feel of your page altogether, affects other sections, your fonts amongst other things and its disappointing and discouraging when you think now I've got to spend more time trying to figure out coding, bugs on their end or look for another app and figure something out. If you want a solution that gets the job done, doesn't waste time and can handle the load and fits into your theme without issues, I would definitely recommend Simple Bundles! 5 stars!

Extremely disappointed with both the app and the customer service. The app repeatedly crashed in the backend during customer checkouts, costing my business tens of thousands in lost sales. When I reached out for support, the only response I received was, “We’re sorry, we can’t fix it—it’s best you find another app.” Unacceptable response for a serious issue. Would not recommend.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We want to assure you that we took your report seriously and conducted a thorough investigation alongside our technical team. Our team never takes issues lightly and understand that they can be critical. Our findings indicate that the behavior you experienced was linked to bot-related activity, which is a known and documented issue on Shopify and unfortunately beyond the control of any third-party app. No other merchants have reported similar issues related to actual user checkout experiences.
To support further troubleshooting, we also made multiple requests for specific order examples so we could replicate and resolve the issue together. However, we did not receive that information.
While we were unable to accommodate your request for a 6-month free Simple Bundles subscription, we appreciate your continued interest in using the app despite knowing that the issue may inevitably reoccur. As a gesture of goodwill, we proactively issued a one-month refund and offered to help you transition to Shopify’s native bundling app, which is well suited for your use case and is free to use. Our aim is always to act fairly and diligently, and we believe we’ve done so in full alignment with our Terms.
We’re sorry we couldn’t deliver a more favorable resolution for your store or offer a free subscription. We sincerely wish you success moving forward.
Customer service team is great — super quick and was able to help me update the coding to show default text instead of the first available in-stock item to force the customer to select colors before adding to cart.
This app in general has been a great addition to the site and I haven't been able to find another with the same offerings of fixed bundles and having the ability to break bundles down to child SKUs for easy fulfillment with our 3PL. Highly recommend this app!

The customer service from this team is absolutely amazing.
We are navigating the set up and as always with new software you get stuck sometimes with knowing what setting does what and learning how the system works.
The depth and detail of their replies in helping you get this all sorted has been brilliant. If you email one team member another picks up the email chain if they're then away.
