We have used Simple Bundles for quite a while and the ease of use is great. We offer gift boxes that have a range of products and customers need to be able to select sizes and products for the box. This app makes it very easy for them to do that and for us to collect that information. Any issues we have had, have been quickly fixed! We highly recommend!

Customer service team is great — super quick and was able to help me update the coding to show default text instead of the first available in-stock item to force the customer to select colors before adding to cart.
This app in general has been a great addition to the site and I haven't been able to find another with the same offerings of fixed bundles and having the ability to break bundles down to child SKUs for easy fulfillment with our 3PL. Highly recommend this app!

The only app that really help on your bundles needs. better than shopify bundles. the support is amazing, quick and very clear answers.
It separates the bundles directly in the cart so the order shows it right.

Great way to offer bundles with more variants than Shopify Bundles. Small hiccup at the start as the quick add to cart button doesn't prompt customer to add their selections but the team fixed it by adding code to my site so it now works perfectly.

Simple Bundles gives me the flexibility I need to offer six-piece bundles that have multiple options AND manage the inventory automatically. It was so hard to try to work around the inventory piece before Simple Bundles.

App is not fully compatible with Shop Pay or other accelerated checkoutsand only works selectively on certain orders. Would not advise using unless you've tested with all of your payment methods to ensure it's a complete solution.
Firstly, I'm really sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely understand your frustration. The behavior you've reported with accelerated checkouts like Shop Pay and other payment options, unfortunately, stems from certain limitations on Shopify’s side in how express payments handle cart data using functions we utilize in Simple Bundles 2.0.
To help address these cases, we've added order editing as a fallback and a handy feature flag that our merchants can activate when Shopify's limitations come into play. While it may not be a perfect fit for every store, we've worked hard to provide the most reliable solution possible. We're really sorry for this hiccup. We truly appreciate your feedback! ✨

The customer service from this team is absolutely amazing.
We are navigating the set up and as always with new software you get stuck sometimes with knowing what setting does what and learning how the system works.
The depth and detail of their replies in helping you get this all sorted has been brilliant. If you email one team member another picks up the email chain if they're then away.

This app does exactly what I need for my shop, and the customer service is excellent. When I reached out about a customization, they got it done same day and even added additional functionality with custom Javascript to make everything perform even better for the customer. And this was when I was on the free tier - I have since upgraded.
