Simple Bundles & Kits

This app is an important part of my shop! I love the functionality and when I've bumped into the occasional glitch or need assistance, the team responds quickly and always treats me like a VIP. Definitely recommend! Most recently Cherry and George helped me with a more complex need - 5-star for both of them!

One of the few tools that allows bundling across products with multiple variants. Support has been quicker than most other apps we use as well.

Many thanks to Maria P. for helping me to get through and understanding the Simple Bundle feature interface and how it works. Once you get a handle of how things connect and relate with variants, and selecting the products to create the bundles in the app, it's 'simply' great. No pun intended. With thorough guidance and collaboration we were able to get to the result that I wanted to implement and it integrated seamlessly with my product page and theme as initially designed. It felt great to have that support, knowledge and encouragement until the solution worked. There are ALOT of apps in the Shopify store that change up the look and feel of your page altogether, affects other sections, your fonts amongst other things and its disappointing and discouraging when you think now I've got to spend more time trying to figure out coding, bugs on their end or look for another app and figure something out. If you want a solution that gets the job done, doesn't waste time and can handle the load and fits into your theme without issues, I would definitely recommend Simple Bundles! 5 stars!

I am extremely concerned that the team at Freshly Commerce, cannot fix a native bug in their app, LET ALONE reply to their support tickets in a timeously manner.

When they give me the support i deserve and fix the app, i will change my review, however, their support is terrible, they dont reply, they ask the same nonsense questions all the time. Given them access to my store and they cannot even give me any updates nor reply to any of my messages.

DAY THREE and their support is absolutely not helpful - they dont reply and they just ignore you - they tell you to upload a CSV, where all their "videos" dont reflect the same CSV file that they ask you to download... they not willing to help you, live on store, even though you have granted them permission to do so... I have sent multiple messages now - which are read and ignored.

It is a tool that provides us with extraordinary ease in selling product ecosystems that work harmoniously together—especially ones like ours. We are very, very satisfied with the Simple Bundles app. It is extremely simple and works perfectly.

Customer service team is great — super quick and was able to help me update the coding to show default text instead of the first available in-stock item to force the customer to select colors before adding to cart.

This app in general has been a great addition to the site and I haven't been able to find another with the same offerings of fixed bundles and having the ability to break bundles down to child SKUs for easy fulfillment with our 3PL. Highly recommend this app!

The only app that really help on your bundles needs. better than shopify bundles. the support is amazing, quick and very clear answers.

It separates the bundles directly in the cart so the order shows it right.

It works really well for us and the support is great! We had a special request which took a lot of time to solve but the support was always helpful and solved it for us in the end. And that with the free version of the app.

Love that this is free and works with the basic Shopify plan. Even if you're limited to 3 for free, it's a great way to get started for a growing business. The instructional video is also a great help to get started. Much easier to use than some of the other bundle apps out there.
