I am extremely disappointed with the Simple Inventory app. A recent glitch caused significant errors in both our pricing and inventory data, resulting in financial losses and disruptions to our sales. This is unacceptable for a tool that is supposed to simplify inventory management.

The lack of reliability in such a critical aspect of our business has seriously affected our operations. If these issues are not addressed urgently, we must look for more reliable alternatives. I cannot recommend this app to any business that values accurate inventory and pricing data.

I’m surprised by this review, as I responded to your initial email within 5 minutes, and we quickly exchanged information. After conducting a thorough investigation, I provided clear evidence that the changes to your pricing and inventory data were not caused by the Simple Inventory app. However, I stopped receiving correspondence from you after sharing this evidence. While I’m more than happy to assist with any issues related to our app, this review does not accurately reflect its reliability. I'd like to work together to resolve this misunderstanding as promptly as I have been with you.

App is down since 3 days, didnt see any updates on the same

App stopped functioning for approximately one week. Developer believed he had solved the issue but again the app is non functional. Simply not reliable enough to be a viable option.

After install it gives Internal Server Error. Horrible. Before publishing an app Shopify should make a QC check.
