Collect emails and display announcements with minimal setup
Simple Popup adds a minimal modal to your theme using a theme app block. Use it for a short announcement or to collect emails. You can configure title, message, button and optional email field. All emails captured will be saved to the store's customer list. The popup inherits your theme typography and colors for a consistent UI.

I hate giving such a low review, but it's simply unusable as-is. There seems to be no option for a background (not even a plain white background) under the main text area, instead it's an transparent overlay over the page, making it unreadable. The button link also didn't work.
