Reorder Master ‑ Repeat Orders

We are new to the re-order master app, however, it took us a couple months to finally decide that this was the app that we should take over two other re-order apps. Initially what convinced us was the email option to remind single purchase customers that it’s time to re-order. We took the annual pro plan because of this feature and customers requests to reorder with a reminder; the price annually is a reasonable cost at a savings as well.
This app is ideal for customers who do not want to subscribe, but who want the account history within their profile page for an option to re-order when they are ready to do so. Many customers have asked us for this, so we installed it recently. The set-up was very easy, the support was extremely responsive and the product manager was always available for our questions. We do not have a lot of technical experience, but we learned a lot and had some fun doing it.
Ultimately, this is an app that you should definitely try out. It is a visually clean, smooth-running re-order app that you can adapt to your theme color variants as well as provide a positive service to your customers with the potential of increasing your AOV. We’re happy with our decision and look forward to a positive ROI.

So far so good. Support is awesome, fast and responsive. Got the set up completed for us and looking how we wanted. We are going to test this app for the next few days to be sure it's working with our other installed apps. Very happy to have found this option for our store. Thanks to Amit for all the help!
