Great App and support! Thanks Grant! Simple features but really understands what the customers want.
I'm glad I came across Simplee. This app works great for my membership needs from locking premium content, easy UI and setup and speedy customer service. The free trial is also very useful for small businesses that may not have big budgets. As my membership grows, I can't wait to see the expand and dive into their other features.
10/10 definitely recommend.
Grant and the Simplee team we're extremely helpful as I was moving customers from my old subscription app to this one. The app is very intuitive and I would highly recommend for those who have membership systems!
I looked for a while for a straightforward membership app and tried several other locking/restriction apps as well as subscription apps. None really did what I wanted, and I'm very pleased with Simplee as I rebuild my store around a membership model. Their customer service has been quick and helpful, and they've added custom code twice to help me get my new store off the ground. Thanks Simplee!
Pretty simple and intuitive! For anything that isn't the team is INCREDIBLY responsive. They address any issues and solve them faster than I've ever seen from any other team! You can tell they care about their product and their users. There are some features I'd love to have for my customers that aren't currently offered and they actually asked me what I'd like to see in future product updates - to feel like you're heard and you may very well see those needs addressed is huge! Only way I'll ever stop using Simplee for my membership-based business is if they stop offering their services!
Edit: Migrating off of Shopify and the ONLY thing I will miss is Simplee! It is now October and I love them (and their customer service) just as much now as i did when I first wrote this review - if not more! Simplee is a bright spot in the rapidly dying art of customer service. Will miss this service!
Excellent customer service! They went above and beyond for me. Grant (the person I was helped by) even pointed out ways that he could make my life easier using their app WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING.
I will definitely continue to use Simplee Memberships for as long as I can afford it.
I've been using Simplee for about a month and have been extremely satisfied with both the app and very responsive customer service. A great choice with the features you need and not a lot of extra cruft.
Very simple and works perfectly; needed to consult customer service in order to set up what I needed, but their CS was very fast, responsive, and friendly. First request for custom support took about a day; second took only a few minutes! Will be sticking with them for a while.
I needed an integrating app for my customer's digital asset library membership. The Simplee team have been super responsive to answer all of my questions. They got my integration installed and working within minutes!
I'm new to using this app and I had several questions about getting it to work properly. Thanks to their team, they walked me through my issues and fixed it. I HIGHLY recommend this app and team!
