So far so good! This is the only membership app on Shopify that fully integrates into your store, which significantly improves customer experience. We worked extensively with Chris before launch including Simplee doing some custom coding to meet our needs, and overall have had a positive experience.
We use this app for a full membership site that restricts loads of content and discounted products to members. Whenever I've had an issue or question the support has been fantastic and reliable. It's the only membership app that uses the Shopify product, order, customer and payment gateway to keep everything nice and tidy instead of a separate gateway. Best membership app for Shopify.

I didn't get the get app yet because of some issues with my location and shopify restrictions but the support that I got so far speaks volume. Most times even if an app isn't tip top once the communication is good there is always room for it to be better and grow so I commend the team behind this app on their support.
