SimplePrint: Print on Demand

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. But this place has caused damage. Simple print does a good job with printing, but their back-end is a mess. I actually wonder if human beings work here. Their customer service tickets go unanswered, their phone number goes to voicemail, and their "schedule a call" with the owner was a no-show.

For a month they couldn't accept payments or figure out their system of paying for print on demand items. If you have a customer service ticket, it goes unanswered after five follow-ups and for weeks. They send "order fulfilled" emails with no tracking attached. Since you have no way of providing tracking to the customer, you have to refund the customer because customer service will not respond to tickets - yet they get their orders so you are out the money to produce the order as well. To put it bluntly: this place is a nightmare.

The owner has an option to schedule a call, and then is a no-show. Disrespectful and not professional in every way. Extremely dissatisfied and left with a customer service mess.

I would strongly advise against this place unless you want to be left with a mess on your hands.

This is an UPDATED review. I had a very rough start with SimplePrints. Payments weren't going through and I experienced many glitches with their system. I was able to contact the CEO and speak to him about the problems and they have all been addressed and corrected. It took about a week to get a response from someone, as no email response was ever sent regarding the 4 tickets that I submitted. I appreciate that I could schedule a call, but it was 5 days later after my issues were occurring. This is something that hopefully will get addressed.
Compared to other POD systems, this one is similar and functions well. I can find everything I need to create new products and the interface with Shopify went very smoothly. I haven't found a good way to do personalized products yet with their system that doesn't require me to create a new product each time I need to add a new name. That's next on my list to figure out with this system. This should be a feature that is easily accessed by sellers.
Their product offerings are limited to clothing, but I chose to use this service because I found a Toddler sweatshirt in stock in colors that other POD providers do not have. Production has been taking 3-4 business days (and no, Saturday is NOT a business day), so slightly slower than some of the other POD printers.
Overall I'm glad I found Simple Prints so that I can offer a wider range of products to my customers and in time I'm sure that this very new business will continue to make improvements in customer service.
