SimplePrint: Print on Demand

This is an UPDATED review. I had a very rough start with SimplePrints. Payments weren't going through and I experienced many glitches with their system. I was able to contact the CEO and speak to him about the problems and they have all been addressed and corrected. It took about a week to get a response from someone, as no email response was ever sent regarding the 4 tickets that I submitted. I appreciate that I could schedule a call, but it was 5 days later after my issues were occurring. This is something that hopefully will get addressed.
Compared to other POD systems, this one is similar and functions well. I can find everything I need to create new products and the interface with Shopify went very smoothly. I haven't found a good way to do personalized products yet with their system that doesn't require me to create a new product each time I need to add a new name. That's next on my list to figure out with this system. This should be a feature that is easily accessed by sellers.
Their product offerings are limited to clothing, but I chose to use this service because I found a Toddler sweatshirt in stock in colors that other POD providers do not have. Production has been taking 3-4 business days (and no, Saturday is NOT a business day), so slightly slower than some of the other POD printers.
Overall I'm glad I found Simple Prints so that I can offer a wider range of products to my customers and in time I'm sure that this very new business will continue to make improvements in customer service.
