The app works good, and it fully covered my needs with inventory sync on Amazon. Starter using Amazon FBA instead of previous app.

Cara is always so helpful with any questions that we have and the inventory sync is just what we have been looking for, so easy to use and much more efficient than updating manually !

Customer support is not helpful in applying their promoted discount codes. Ended up wasting a bunch of my time vs just simply applying the code to my account. Review is for the level of support/service I received.

Installed this app for our store in the UK and EU. Works absolutely fine and we have started getting orders straight away. Definitely recommend. The support is even better!

This along with the other ByteStand apps such as FBA Shipping are top notch. More importantly they give amazing customer service. At first I thought their reviews were not real but after speaking with Cara to sort out my issue, I'm sold. She patiently went through the process of helping find a solution and genuinely cares about meeting their customers needs. If you have to choose between two companies, choose the one that gives truly great customer service. Thank you

I spoke with their support for a long time over a few days. Some features in this app simply dont work and they refuse to fix it. They told me that i should use another app and their app wont be able to do the features that are mentioned here. PS. At first i wanted custom but later i was fine with your stated features but they still didnt work. If you can fix it and make it work they way it is described BY YOU let me know and then i can change this review. Until that happens this review will stay here for everyone to see.

This is far from the truth. This shop owner wanted free custom development, that is unfortunately not something we can accommodate at this time.

I use this app to sync my inventory and prices with my FBA inventory. It works great and was easy to setup. Support was awesome. Cara was quick to respond to all my questions.
