I have been using the app for my Shopify orders for a while now with no issues. When I changed another app in my store, I needed help to customise the invoicing app. I reached out to Robert from Simple Invoice and he couldn't have been any more helpful. Fantastic app for managing invoices and packing slips on Shopify! The free version offers great flexibility, allowing you to customize templates, select languages, and modify individual fields. The support team is highly responsive, providing quick and effective solutions when needed. An excellent tool, even with the free plan!

We tried lots of invoice programs for our bookkeeping, and simple invoice is currently the best option we were able to find in the shopify app store. It does exactly what we need and is simple to use. When we had issues with setting up the program so that the invoices fulfill all requirements for international orders in Europe, the developer quickly customized our app the way we wanted. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for a reliable solution for invoicing!

I would highly recommend this app, it's very simple to setup, and extremely easy to use.
The Best feature is the Text edit mode on the template. For example, changed Tax to GST for Australia.
Customer support is exceptional, extremely helpful staff. Thanks Robert for a great support in making the relevant changes for my template.
I would like to see the app developer introduce a tax override feature soon, so that i can generate tax invoices for imported orders from Amazon/Ebay.
Overall, it's 10/10 rating from me.
