My software can't be used, customers can't use this service, the first contact customer service can't give a solution, they will say that the service will be updated, the second time I contact customer service, there is no reply .After a short period of time, the account manager found me. With his help, I solved the problem smoothly and in a timely manner, and now I can use it normally.
Instant revenue the second a sale came through. its super easy and the customer service helped fix the issue I had
I use a lot of apps between all my Shopify stores. Simply Insurance is not only the best insurance app I have used, but the customer service may be the best out of any of the apps I have ever purchased. If you ship products you need this app!
This app is great and the customer service is so seamless. He also responds on time when I need him and fixes my problems asap. Would highly recommend every e-commerce store to use this app for shipping insurance.

Ok this app is amazing! It solved my unique problem which I will explain below. But before I do I want to mention how quickly this team was able address my issues with migrating to the new 2.0 Shopify theme and make any edits to the app. I use this app to mitigate lost or stolen packages not as insurance in the normal sense. I decided against the insurance route because people will cheat the system. Most of my sales are for bulk orders for weddings that are large. The smaller orders are usually samples which most people dont care about insuring. I charge $10 for "shipping protection". So the $10 really only covers the cost of adding "Signature Required" on the label so we can insure the packages will not get lost or stolen if they are delivered directly to the customers hands and they need to sign for it. This app has solved this problem for me seamlessly!
Every ecomm store should install this app. I wish we had turned it on sooner! It's very easy to use, it took about 15 minutes to set up including asking support for help with the design. Support responds almost instantly every time, and they have a solution for every issue or question that comes up. Having this additional revenue to help offset the cost of lost and damaged inventory is huge for a small business.
Very straightforward to install, even manually the step by step is easy to follow. Customer service great, I needed some additional coding for putting the checkbox on the pop up cart, within a day they had it ready for us and responded almost instantly.
The app is perfect for adding free order-value and so a lot of profit more over time. The app is very simple and fast to set up. And if there was any issue, I contacted the support-team (In my case John Dee) which immediately wrote back and fixed the issue in a just few minutes. Very kind, thank you!
