Every ecomm store should install this app. I wish we had turned it on sooner! It's very easy to use, it took about 15 minutes to set up including asking support for help with the design. Support responds almost instantly every time, and they have a solution for every issue or question that comes up. Having this additional revenue to help offset the cost of lost and damaged inventory is huge for a small business.
Very good app. Easy and simple to integrate on your store (it's automatic!). If you have an e-commerce, you definitely need to have this app. Excellent support. Recommend it!
Finally I found a shipping protection app that was easy to install and integrate with my theme and also works well. I tried more apps but my theme is unofficial shopify theme and all those themes that I tried didn't work. I have searched for some time for a better app, and this is it. Also customer support team replied quickly to my request and helped me. Thank you! Best!
It has been a good experience thus far. The app has allowed us to increase net sales via this insurance product. There was a slight issue, but the support team was easily accessible and responsive to our needs. I recommend this product!
Happy with the app so far..there were a few glitches and fixes that were needed to be done in the beginning and to match the website theme and how we wanted it to show on our site..took a couple of weeks but we are happy so far with the end result...we will update review if we have a claim from a customer and how their experience is..
