I was looking for a replacement for Enguard when they shut down. I don't like the other apps for insurance because you don't have control over how the money is spent. This app is great, you receive the money, and you control the outcome of the shipping issues. Customer service is fast and friendly. Great app so far.
Tried installing on my own but was not working. I messaged team for help and they replied instantly and was able to get access to my store and get it up and running!
This App 100% replaced Route in like one day. Everyone, us & customers, are much happier. Response from support is usually like instant. This is the best app i think i have ever installed.

This is a very easy app to use for my store. I was having issues with Route insurance and I am glad I made the switch. Customer service is really helpful and answers questions very quickly. The app gives you full control of your claims process . I recommend it .
Great, easy to use app and installation. Customer support is extremely helpful and always willing to help. Usually respond within 1-2 days. Very happy with this app and how it has helped our business as I did not like how other apps such as Route require you to enter your bank information and remove insurance as payouts from you.
This app has provided us with everything we were looking for to be able to self-insure our customers. Plus, the customer support has been outstanding. They are available for communicating, resolving issues, they helped us to implement the coding and they also created customization for our specific needs. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

It was pretty easy to install for more than half of the steps. I had a little trouble towards the end, but I was able to get help right away and John Dee set everything up for me. He was even able to help with other questions I had that didn't involve setting it up. I'm really happy with their service
